Prices
Prices in our 2010 catalogue are correct as at 1st January 2010 when prices were set, and they exclude VAT. Those in our Evansport Online internet shop include VAT and were correct at the same date. All prices are, however, subject to change without notice. Prices will be current and applied as at the date of your order.

Delivery Charges
All orders requiring delivery within mainland England, Scotland Borders/Lowlands and Wales will be subject to a £10 courier carriage charge (£11.75 incl VAT) unless postal delivery is available (Evansport OnLine) and selected. Some areas of Scotland, Northern Ireland and UK islands will be charged higher courier rates or cost. These charges will be confirmed prior to delivery or at checkout at Evansport OnLine. Large items such as football or hockey goals, table tennis tables, etc. may incur a further carriage charge which will be charged at cost. Notice will be given prior to delivery. Due to fluctuating fuel prices, carriage charges may change, at the discretion of the company. This would be confirmed prior to despatch. Notice will be given prior to delivery. If we cannot deliver, a further charge may be incurred for a second delivery.

Returns
When goods have been correctly supplied as ordered but, upon receipt, are not required, the return of the same for credit will only be accepted with our prior agreement and providing that the goods are in an unused and re-saleable condition when received back at our warehouse. There will be a minimum charge of £25.00 + VAT per package deducted from any credit issued to cover outward and return carriage costs together with a deduction of 20% handling charge. Return freight at customers risk.

Exports
Prices quoted are FOB. Any export packaging is additional at cost. CIF prices on request. Quantity prices on request.

Guarantee
All equipment is guaranteed, subject to fair wear and tear, and is of merchantable quality.

Visits
Customers are welcome to visit our Stoke-on-Trent warehouse at any time to view our range.

ANY DAMAGED ITEMS THAT HAVE NOT BEEN SIGNED FOR AS DAMAGED OR UNCHECKED WILL NOT BE VALID FOR A CLAIM

NON-RECEIPT OR DEFICIENCIES MUST BE NOTIFIED IN WRITING WITHIN 10 DAYS OF INVOICE DATE
